Jan Gay

I am a practising artist, living and working in Solihull.

Jan

I studied Fine Art at Bournville School of Art and Design in the early ‘90s and since that time have established a studio in Solihull and worked as a part-time tutor for Warwick University, also organizing private workshops. I was elected a member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists in 2009.

My artwork reflects my life – family, holiday destinations and subjects that link up with my creative fascination for colour and abstract elements.

My work can be seen on my website: www.jangay.co.uk

Another strand of my work has been to introduce creativity to elderly people living in residential homes and the community.  I currently lead classes at Shepherdson Court, a day centre in Solihull.
